Clear a Cloud
I bet I can get you out of your head in 14 days
Read my letter again
Have you ever told yourself you're not enough? That you can't do it? That nobody likes you?
Me too. Honestly, for most of my life.
I used to be angry all the time and couldn't understand what life was about. What am I here for? I went to meditation retreats trying to reach nirvana. I got a philosophy degree at UCLA looking for answers. Some of it helped, but mostly it left me with more questions.
And I've had rough periods. Really sad ones, where my head was mean to me all day and I believed every word.
But then I had a breakthrough. I'd spent years trying to make those thoughts go away. What if I just noticed them instead of believing them?
Sounds simple, I know. But turns out therapists use the same idea in mindfulness and ACT. And it changed how I see pretty much everything.
First, hear this: it's not your fault. You're not lazy, you're not broken. Your brain repeats what it's used to thinking, and after years of "I'm not enough," it starts to feel like a fact. But it's still just a thought.
Your mind is the sky and your thoughts are clouds. They come and go. Some days it's one little cloud, some days it's a full storm. But the sky's always there. You're the sky.
That's what these 14 days are for. Let's go.

How it works
Every day takes less than 15 minutes. Two simple parts.
- 1Today's quick challenge
Each day teaches you a different part of the process. You use that day's tool on your loudest thought, then do one thing it would have stopped you from doing. That's the do it anyway challenge.
- 2Your daily foundation
Move your body for at least 10 minutes, outside in the sun if you can. Then do the 10-minute sky meditation (drops October 1). No time? Do 1 minute. It still counts.
The process builds every day. Days 1–6 build your core loop. Days 7–10 add power tools. Days 11–14 help you make it yours.
A new day unlocks every morning. The one rule: never miss twice. Rough day? There's a small version that still counts.
I'll email you every morning.
Your 14 days
Week 1: notice it
Week 2: unhook from it
Your progress
Your clear sky score from your check-ins. Higher means a clearer head. Look at the line, not one bad day.
Post it on day 7 and 14 and tag @pedronfrey. I actually want to see it.
